Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Policy

Don Mr. App has a zero-tolerance policy for any content, behavior, or activity involving child sexual
abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any violation will result in immediate account termination and
reporting to law enforcement authorities.
1. Policy Overview
Don Mr. App is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit
any content, behavior, or activity that involves, depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or
exploitation of minors (individuals under 18 years of age).
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on Don Mr. App:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual, written, or audio content depicting
minors in sexual situations
- Grooming: Any behavior intended to build trust with a minor for the purpose of
sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sexual Solicitation of Minors: Any attempt to engage in sexual conversation or
activity with someone under 18
- Sharing of Explicit Content: Requesting, sharing, or distributing sexually explicit
images involving minors
- Age Misrepresentation: Adults claiming to be minors or minors claiming to be adults
- Sexual Exploitation: Any form of sexual exploitation of minors, including
trafficking, prostitution, or forced sexual activity
- Inappropriate Contact: Any inappropriate communication or contact with minors
3. Age Verification and Safety Measures
- All users must be 18 years or older to use Don Mr. App
- We implement age verification measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform
- Users are required to provide accurate age information during registration
- We reserve the right to request additional age verification documentation
- Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately terminated
4. Reporting Mechanisms
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy:
- Immediate Reporting: Use the in-app "Underage user / Child Safety Concern"
reporting feature to flag suspicious content or behavior
- Detailed Information: Provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots,
usernames, and timestamps
- External Reporting: Report to appropriate law enforcement agencies and
organizations such as:
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): CyberTipline
- FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): ic3.gov
- Local law enforcement authorities
5. Our Response and Actions
When CSAE content or behavior is reported or detected:
- Immediate Action: Content is immediately removed and accounts are suspended pending
investigation
- Investigation: Our safety team conducts a thorough investigation of all reports
- Law Enforcement: We report all confirmed CSAE violations to appropriate law
enforcement agencies
- Account Termination: Users found in violation face permanent account termination
- Legal Cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations
6. Detection and Moderation
We employ multiple layers of protection:
- Manual Review: Our trained moderation team reviews all reported content and user
behavior
- Proactive Monitoring: Our team actively monitors the platform for potential CSAE
content and behavior
- User Reports: We rely on our community to report suspicious activity through our
reporting system
- Expert Analysis: Our moderation team is trained to identify patterns consistent
with grooming or exploitation
7. Legal Compliance
Don Mr. App complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding CSAE, including:
- Federal laws prohibiting the production, distribution, and possession of CSAM
- State and local laws regarding child protection
- International laws and treaties related to child protection
- Platform-specific requirements from app stores and service providers
8. Privacy and Reporting Protection
- Reports are handled with strict confidentiality
- Reporter information is protected and not disclosed to reported users
- We maintain detailed records for law enforcement purposes
- Victim privacy is our highest priority
9. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in laws, technology, or best practices. Users
will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the
updated policy.
