Subscription Policy - Don Mr.

This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work within the Don Mr. App (also referred to as the "App"). By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

• Price: $6.99 USD per month.
• Type: Auto-renewing monthly subscription, on a calendar basis.
• Platform: Processed via your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• Benefits: A subscription provides access to Don Mr. App.

We process auto-renewals on the first day of the calendar month cycle. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Users may cancel their subscription through App Store or Google Play settings. Users must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. We do not generally provide refunds, except where required by law. 2. Billing & Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged $6.99 (or local equivalent) within 24 hours before monthly renewal.
• You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.

3. Free Trial

• We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

We offer a free 7-day trial to new users. Please note that unless you cancel prior to the expiration of the 7-day free trial period, you will be charged $6.99 for your first calendar cycle monthly billing.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via:

• App Store: Manage on iOS
• Google Play: Manage on Android

Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds

• All payments are handled by Apple or Google.
• We do not issue refunds directly.

6. Subscription Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
• Subscriptions are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and cannot be transferred between platforms.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms

We may change pricing or subscription terms in the future. In such cases, we will provide notice via the App or your App Store / Google Play account before changes take effect.
